Car Dealership, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, US

K Cars Saipan

A used car dealership in Saipan selling affordable Japanese kei cars and pre-owned vehicles. I came in when the business was just starting out and basically built everything from scratch: the website (e-commerce, product management, automation/tech side), the social presence, the ads, and the SEO.

Results Ranked #1 on Google in Saipan for car-related searches. Beats every other dealership using the keyword "cars in Saipan." Helped sell 26 cars in just a few months of the business operating.

Website

Built the full website including the inventory listings, product pages, and contact/inquiry flow. Set up for e-commerce, product management, and the automation/tech side so the business could run without the owner being hands-on every day.

Facebook Ads: Strategy and Execution

I ran 11 campaigns across about a year and a half. The total budget was lean. I knew I had to be smart about sequencing so the spend wouldn't get wasted on a cold audience.

Phase 1: Awareness
Started with video ads because they're cheap to push. Got 5,713 people to watch through the videos at just $0.01 per view ($82.86 total). Saipan is a small island. I needed people to know K Cars existed before I asked them to do anything.
Phase 2: Audience Building + Traffic
Ran a page likes campaign alongside web traffic ads. 563 page likes combined across two campaigns. Drove 5,833 website clicks at $0.04 per click. The website was already set up to convert so I wanted real eyeballs on inventory.
Phase 3: Messaging (Main Revenue Driver)
This is where the deals actually happened. I ran Messenger campaigns because in Saipan, people don't fill out web forms. They message on Facebook. Got 526 conversations started at $1.67 per conversation. That's the campaign that moved cars.
Phase 4: Remarketing
Retargeted people who engaged but went cold. Got another 130 conversations for $209.91. You leave a lot on the table if you don't follow up on warm audiences.
Phase 5: Model-Specific Campaigns
Once I knew what was moving, I switched to vehicle-specific ads. Ran separate campaigns for the Daihatsu Hijet Dump Truck, Daihatsu Wagon Van, and Suzuki Jimny. More targeted, better conversion per ad.

I edited the visuals and wrote captions with keywords baked in so the posts could rank on Facebook and Instagram search too. Not just pretty graphics. Everything had a purpose in terms of reach and discoverability.

Shot and edited short-form videos for Instagram reels and Facebook. These were used in both organic posts and the video awareness campaigns. Same content pulling double duty.

Did on-page SEO, set up and optimized the Google Business Profile, and targeted the right local keywords. If you search anything with "cars" and "Saipan" in it, K Cars comes up first. That's not an accident. I structured the content and metadata specifically for that.

Automations

Set up lead follow-up flows so no inquiry slips through. When someone messages or fills a form, there's an automated response and internal notification that kicks in right away.

Wandering Kids Cafe

An indoor playground and café in Tarlac. Brand new business that opened in 2025. I built everything from the ground up and organically grew the account, no big ad budget needed.

Result 200+ average bookings, mostly through organic leads. The account grew without heavy ad spend. SEO, consistent content, and the booking system did the work.

A tax law firm in Maryland handling ERC audit defense, IRS representation, inheritance tax, and more. Multilingual practice covering English, Spanish, Filipino, and Japanese. I handle the website, SEO, Google Business, and the tech/automation side.
